I am a great lover of TV Wedding shows that air on Sunday's. Sometimes, the weddings that they show are a little over the top, but by and large, they are wonderful creations of creative and fun environments. So when I watched one show with the couple's reception on a boat, I thought, well why not in Iowa?
Dubuque River Rides offers such a pleasure. Check out their web site: http://www.dubuqueriverrides.com/ I have been aboard their boats and they are wonderful, the staff is great, the food good and the ride smooth and fun. What a great place for a small reception or ceremony! Right now, they have a 10% special if you book online before May 1st.
